  • Functional Use: This device is a snap-on set of parts that mounts on an Xbox Series X or S controller for one-handed play.

    Client Factors: May be relevant when a person has limited use of one hand or reduced bilateral coordination.

    Performance Skills: The parts bring the controls to one hand, and the TPU foot or leg strap moves the stick, so the client reaches and presses the buttons with one hand and rocks the controller rather than coordinating both hands on the controls.

    Safety Considerations: The gaming adapter assemblies are the most difficult in this library. The small snap-fit and hinge parts can break off.

    Limitations: Use of this device requires practice. The source assembly photos are hard to follow, so plan extra build time. It fits the Xbox X or S controller only, not the original Xbox 1. It is not a cleared medical device, so its use must be a clinical decision made by the treating occupational therapist.
